Le quartier général de l’UNHCR (le Haut Commissariat aux Nations Unies pour les Régugiés). En fond, le seul bâtiment en ruine de la ville.

Quartier général de la MINUK, installé en partie dans le « Grand Hôtel » cinq étoiles !

Grand Hôtel

Devant le « Grand hôtel », le drapeau albanais (car le Kosovo est majoritairement habité par des Albanais), en rouge, et les quatre « administrateurs » du Kosovo : l’OTAN, l’ONU, l’Union européenne et les Etats-Unis.

In front of the « Grand Hôtel », the albanian flag (Kosovo inhabitants are mainly albanian people), in red, and the four « administrators » of Kosovo : the NATO, the United Nations, the European union and the United States.
