Stève, d’origine française (Vosges) est au Kosovo depuis plusieurs années.
Il est arrivé dans le cadre d’un Service Volontaire Européen. Aujourd’hui, il dirige l’Agence de la Démocratie Locale du Kosovo.
Stève, from french origin (Vosges) is in Kosovo since several years. He arrived with the European Voluntary Service. Now, he’s the director of the Local Democracy Agency for Kosovo.
